Job Description

Genine leads, directs and manages the co-op program, setting the strategic vision and goals, and developing co-op policies and procedures that align with the mission of the engineering school and university. She also serves as the main point of contact for students seeking co-op opportunities, specifically around career guidance and professional development.

Key Job Functions

Oversees the co-op program
Advises and coaches students seeking career guidance as it relates to co-op
Educates students on co-op guidelines and assesses eligibility for co-op assignments
Prepares students for workplace co-op assignments
Provides workshops and training opportunities to promote the development of employment skills throughout the year
